Frequently asked questions
See the answers to the questions parents ask us most often before their first visit.
Really for 0 zł?
Yes. Your child’s stay at our nursery can be completely free of charge under the “Aktywnie w żłobku” programme. This also includes all additional activities, so you do not pay any extra fees for them.
The only cost you pay is the child’s daily meals, charged only for the days when the child attends the facility.
Do you have an app?
Yes. We use the LiveKid app, which makes everyday communication between parents and the facility easier.
With the app, you can:
📸 view photos and updates from your child’s day,
📝 follow the child’s daily routine and key activities,
✅ report absences,
💬 contact the carers,
🔔 receive current information and notifications.
It is a convenient tool that helps you stay up to date with what is happening at our nursery and be even more involved in your child’s everyday achievements.
Will You Use Our Child’s Image?
Children’s safety and privacy are our priority. That is why we do not publish images of the children in our care on social media, on our website or in any promotional materials.
Photos from everyday activities are shared exclusively through the LiveKid app, which can only be accessed by the child’s parents or guardians. This allows you to follow the most memorable moments of your child’s day while knowing that their privacy is fully protected.
When does enrolment begin?
Nursery enrolment is open throughout the year. As the new year begins in September, most parents contact us between May and October. Groups fill quickly during this period, so we suggest considering registration at the facility well in advance.
What the detailed Tygrysek programme looks like
At Tygrysek i Przyjaciele nurseries and preschools, we have created our own programme to support the development of emotional intelligence and social skills in young children. We develop critical thinking, stimulate creativity and the courage to explore the world, and teach independence and effective organisation of everyday activities.
We pay particular attention to developing mindfulness, listening skills, mutual respect and the ability to cope with emotions. Our programme includes, among other things: education for the future, development of social skills, mindful nutrition, learning through discovery and experimentation, Spanish, English, and health and safety education.
